00:22For now, this is a typhoon category and the last to pass 315 kilometers east of Apari, Cagayan.
00:30There is a strong wind of 150 kilometers per hour and a gust of 185 kilometers per hour.
00:37It is moving west-northwestward at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour.
00:41Because of this, we now have Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 in the northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan.
00:48Particularly here in Mesa Antaana.
00:50Signal No. 2 here in Batanes, Bogoyan Islands, northern portion of mainland Cagayan, northern portion of Atayau.
00:57Signal No. 1 here in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, northern part of Atayau, Calinga, Mountain Province, Ipugao, northern portion of Benguet, and northern part of Cagayan.
01:09Also here in Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, and northern portion of Aurora.
01:14So according to our forecast track, it is possible that it will have a close approach or landfall here in Bogoyan Islands.
01:22But we can also see that it will have a close approach tomorrow afternoon or until Friday morning.
01:30And it is possible that the Philippine Area of Responsibility will go out on Friday evening.
01:36For now, we are also expecting that other parts of our country, here in Metro Manila and Visayas-Mindanao, will be hot and humid this afternoon.
01:46Until the afternoon, there is a high chance of rain.
