00:00The armed forces of the Philippines' Joint Exerciser Ajax-Dagatpa 2024 kicked off today.

00:06This year's unilateral exercise focuses on protecting the country's territory.

00:11Personnel from the Philippine Coast Guard and Philippine National Police

00:15will also participate, including the AFP reservists.

00:19Information warfare is part of the training, as strategic communications is essential

00:23in real scenarios and in countering misinformation or fake news.

00:28Meanwhile, the training in the West Philippine Sea includes island seizure,

00:32amphibious counter-landing, and air defense exercises.

00:58So we have to counter that.
