00:00This Labour government is resetting the UK's whole approach to this challenge.

00:06No more gimmicks. No more gesture politics.

00:11No more irresponsible, undeliverable promises,

00:15that almost by design, seek conflict with other countries.

00:20We've turned the page on all of that,

00:24because such promises are not worth the paper that they're written on.

00:31All they do is waste taxpayer money,

00:35destroy people's trust in politics as a force for good.

00:40Instead, we are approaching this issue with humanity,
