00:21and you realise, wait a minute, this is not going to last.

00:24And so, you know, perhaps three months ago during those riots,

00:28I said this government's not going to last.

00:31And my thoughts focus on February.

00:34I see the people in England are saying by the end of the year,

00:39but I can't see that going, I can't see it going that long, you know.
