04:32So, as an entrepreneur and financial advisor myself,

04:36this is something that I do outside of pageantry.

04:39So, when I was in the Philippines,

04:41I did a lot of research.

04:43I did a lot of research.

04:46This is something that I do outside of pageantry.

04:49So, it does just not create a parallelism,

04:52but it has a direct proportion to what I do.

04:55So, what I do,

04:56I've been doing this for 19 years already.

04:58So, I've been creating my own income

05:01and I'm sharing what I have to the less fortunate.

05:04Because this is your advocacy, right?

05:07And actually, yesterday,

05:08we also had training and seminars

05:10about entrepreneurship, mentorship,

05:12and also financial literacy.

05:16What is your other advocacy for this competition?

05:23Actually, I'm a financial literacy

05:27through youth empowerment.

05:29Because I'm pursuing Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

05:33and I believe that it was a great start for me

05:36because I involved myself into a business-related course

05:40where I can use in the future too.

05:49And to have a title holder.

05:56for the two-day pageant, the coronation night?

06:00How's your preparation?

06:01To be honest, I'm thankful

06:03because we have a sponsor

06:07who trains us in Pasarela.

06:09So, now, I'm focusing on my Q&A training.

06:13This is the essential part of the pageant.

06:17So, what are your learnings?

06:19How many months have you been together?

06:21Weeks.

06:23Almost a month that you've been together.

06:25What have you learned so far

06:27in joining this competition, Ms. Aurora?

06:30So, for me, it's the hard work.

06:33And for us, it's the sisterhood.

06:38Even though the preparations are only three weeks,

06:40the banding is amazing.

06:42Sisterhood.

06:43That's the most important thing.

06:46You gained new friends by joining this pageant.

06:49Are there others who joined before

06:52or for the first time in pageantry?

06:55I already joined a pageant before.

06:58I was Miss Teen International Philippines.

07:02I did an international competition.

07:07There are other international, national,

07:09and also other first-timers.

07:11But for reach-on, confidence and mindset

07:14are really very important, right?

07:16As a beauty queen,

07:18how do you maintain your confidence

07:21or these attributes now?

07:24Well, I maintain it because

07:27I know it to myself that I can carry myself

07:30anywhere I go.

08:31from different walks of life.

08:32So, I'm going to learn.

08:34And also, what I'm looking forward to

08:36is to reach out more youth women,

08:40specifically, to empower them

08:43to have that financial literacy skills

08:47and to open them up for entrepreneurship skills as well.

08:56Because sometimes, it's confusing.

09:25it's my knowledge about financial literacy

09:27because I've always believed that

09:29financial literacy is not just about counting coins,

09:32it's creating choices.
