00:00I know that this point spread here caught a lot of people by surprise with the Jets

00:07being favored over the Houston Texans, which tells me it's the Jets tonight.

00:11You know, honestly, when the line is off, it usually says to me it's the right side.

00:17But what I would say, Vinny, is that maybe this is more of a case, too, where the odds

00:21makers looked at what happened, honestly, to Tampa Bay, where they had all kinds of

00:25issues with their wide receivers.

00:27Houston now has issues with their wide receivers.

00:31They do not have Neagle Collins.

00:32They do not have Stephon Diggs.

00:34And by the way, Houston has played close in every football game, more or less, this season.

00:39They haven't blown anyone out, and they don't get blown out.

00:42So I guess check back in the fourth quarter when the game is tied.

00:45Yeah, I mean, the Texans have got to 6-2.

00:49They are the number two team right now in the AFC.

00:52But you're right.

00:53They haven't been all that impressive putting away teams.

00:55They've played a lot of close games.

00:57They've lost a few close games.

00:58So the Jets are going to have to win it, probably by that margin, their three points to take

01:03care of their side here.

01:05I do look at the Texans, however, CJ Stroud has been struggling for a lot of the games,

01:09and it was before even these wide receiver injuries have mounted.

01:13So they're going to try to ride Joe Mixon as much as possible.

01:16The Jets need to ride their running backs as much as possible with Brees Hall and Braylon

01:21Allen.

01:22It really comes down to, does this Texan secondary, who has given up a lot of points in the yards

01:29to wide receivers, do they contain Garrett Wilson and Devontae Adams?

01:32That's what it's going to come down to here, because I think the Texans have actually become

01:37a running team from last year.

01:39I mean, you had CJ Stroud on pace to throw the most passing yards in the league last

01:43year.

01:44Now they've pivoted to Joe Mixon kind of being the centerpiece of the offense.
