00:00All right, so let's get to some of the games tonight in the NBA.

00:02Gilbert will pick up where we left off last year,

00:05Dallas and Minnesota.

00:06The Timberwolves five-point favorites.

00:08Of course,

00:09they're firing on all cylinders total 221

00:13and a half in this game.

00:14What do you make of the outcome here?

00:17You know,

00:17Dallas had an interesting game last night.

00:19Luka Doncic was a very uncharacteristic shooting performance

00:23from him.

00:23This is the rematch angle from last year's Western Conference

00:26finals,

00:27but that second end of a back-to-back could mean something

00:30for Dallas traveling from Dallas to Minnesota to play there

00:33tonight.

00:33So I do like the Timberwolves in this game.

00:36Both teams are incorporating new pieces,

00:38Klay Thompson and Dallas and Julius Randall and Dante

00:40Vincenzo with the Timberwolves,

00:42but I just think that they have it on their minds.

00:44I think Anthony Edwards is out to prove a point,

00:46especially after how last year's Western Conference finals

00:49ended.

00:50All right, and tonight another game that we'll all be keeping

00:52an eye on and Gilbert,

00:54you'll have to update me if I miss something here,

00:56but I know Steph Curry is on the mend here at this point.

00:59Bad news for the Warriors early on in the season.

01:01And I guess that's why the Pelicans are one and a half

01:04point favorites.

01:05They're not expecting Curry to play tonight.

01:07Total of 217 and a half.

01:10This is the first end of a back-to-back between these two

01:12teams.

01:12They'll play again tomorrow in Golden State.

01:14No Steph Curry in either of those games.

01:16So I like the Pelicans for that reason.

01:19The Warriors have an interesting roster this year.

01:21It's kind of a sum of all parts around Steph Curry and

01:23Draymond Green,

01:24but without Steph Curry, obviously, you don't need me to

01:27tell you that all things kind of fall apart.

01:29Zion Williamson is still trying to figure things out.

01:31Had an off night on Sunday.

01:32So I think that's fresh on his mind and the Pelicans are

01:34also dealing with injury.

01:35DeJounte Murray gets hurt in the season opener, but I think

01:38the Pelicans are looking for a win after a tough loss to

01:41the Trailblazers on Sunday and they'll be motivated to get

01:43the job done in the Bay.
