00:47Can Navy pull off the upset over Notre Dame on Saturday?

00:53I don't think they could pull off the upset.

00:56I think the answer may be yes.

00:57I mean, look, if there was one team that's not a service Academy that's equipped to handle

01:04Marcus Freeman has been a defensive coordinator at Notre Dame for a long time.

01:34My biggest concern here, I mean, look, I think it's absolutely possible.

01:38It could be 1410 in favor of Notre Dame at the end of the first half, but Notre Dame's

01:42defense should be able to do the one thing that's made Navy potent this year.

01:46And that's negate the passing game just simply because they had better athletes, right?

01:50Like that's what it boils down to here.

01:52The level of competition that Navy is now playing is a huge step up in class from an

01:56athlete perspective.

01:57And I think that's the reason here to take Notre Dame in the first half minus six and

02:01a half.

02:02They get out to a fast start.

02:04Remember, this game isn't in Annapolis.

02:06It's at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.

02:08It's a neutral site game.

02:09It's not, it's not a Navy home game per se.

02:12So it should be a very partisan Notre Dame crowd making the trip up to North Jersey.

02:17And I think really when it boils down to it here, as long as the Notre Dame offense scores

02:20when they touched the ball early, Navy was going to have a hard time playing catch up

02:23against this Notre Dame defense.
