00:31I saw how every station in the East Coast, from Gemas to Pekalang Cepa, to Rantau Panjang,

00:42I saw that there was no overbuilding of the station.

00:53Economic growth must start from that station.

00:57Why? Because the investment that we do in ICRL will have an impact on the country in the

01:05If we do not manage the economic growth from ICRL, it will definitely have a big impact

01:12on the coming generation.

01:17As a chair of the Backbencher, I also want to emphasize one thing.

01:23It is true that we have a solid economy, we have NETR, we have NIMP, we have a few more

01:32frameworks, but we do not have a 30-year vision, Mr. Chairman.

01:39I hope that all of the Malaysian plans that we have today will be aligned with a long-term

01:46vision.

01:47Earlier, you mentioned a common vision.

01:49I do not have a problem with that.

01:51The important thing is that the 2020 vision must have continuity.

01:56We are talking about this year being the last year to implement the 13th Malaysian plan.

02:04But where are we headed, Mr. Chairman?

02:08We need to have a 30-year vision.

02:11We have a 20-year vision, we have a 10-year plan, a 5-year plan, and then we have a one-year

02:19plan, which is a one-year budget.

02:22But today, I have asked, I have asked, what is the government's plan for the next 30

02:28years?

02:29I admit that the dynamic of the economy of today cannot be compared to the past.

02:37But at least, Mr. Chairman, I can tell my children, in the next 30 years, what will

02:44Malaysia look like?

02:46What will Malaysia look like?

02:49In the past, when I was in secondary school, we were told, we were given hope that the

02:562020 vision will look like this.

02:58There will be electric vehicles in the air, there will be technological improvements.

03:04And alhamdulillah, even though we did not fully achieve it, we are still in the middle.

03:09That is why, Mr. Chairman, I am asking that we look at the 30-year plan seriously.
