00:00I'm joined by Bradley and Genevieve from The Wine Cellar, who've just picked up the Customer

00:06Service Award. Bradley, we'll start with you. You've just stepped off stage, you've got

00:09the award in your hand. How happy are you to have received that this evening?

00:12It's a lovely award to receive. I mean, it's fantastic to be nominated and receive this

00:16award and for customer service, which is something so close to us, it's just brilliant.

00:20Genevieve, you started the business in 2022. Just tell us about the journey so far and

00:24what it is you do.

00:25Well, we started with a white box. Absolutely nothing was in that building. We turned it

00:30into the most vibing, wonderful bar and berry, and it's just amazing. It's gone strength

00:35to strength to this point, which is fantastic.

00:38The award this evening, Customer Service, why is that such a key pillar of your service,

00:42do you think?

00:43Well, customer service is ingrained in us. I was born within a hotel. I grew up in a

00:48hotel. Bradley's been in hotels and bars and restaurants for his whole life, and so it's

00:53something we're really passionate about. We absolutely love seeing the people's faces

00:59when they come in and they enjoy what we do and they enjoy who we are. So it's very important

01:05to both of us.

01:06Fantastic. Bradley, I'd look at your website, it said over 23,000 customers since 2022 have

01:10come through your door. What is it you think is so special that just keeps them coming?

01:14I think we're a very unique venue in Berry. We offer the biggest wine list by the glass,

01:19I think, in the East of England, so we're over 90 wines by the glass now. So people

01:24can come for a drink, a bottle, a glass, a soft drink, a coffee, a small plate, whatever

01:28they want. We're there to just make them feel special and let them enjoy their time with

01:33us.

01:34It'd be remiss of me not to ask, you've just won the award, so what's the perfect tipple

01:37this evening, do you think, to celebrate that?

01:41Anything fizzy. Let's go with fizzy. I love a glass of fizz, so we've got a few bottles

01:45in the fridge at home waiting for us when we get back later on. So there we go.
