00:07The countries of the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia joined the bilateral exercise.

00:18More than 2,000 soldiers from the Australian Defence Force,

00:22British Armed Forces, Japan Ground Self-Defence Force and Republic Korea Marine Corps

00:27joined the exercise.

00:29The exercise aims to further strengthen the disaster response

00:33and maintain regional security in the Indo-Pacific region.

00:37The exercises will be held in Palawan, Central Luzon, Ilocos Norte and Batanes.

00:43The Philippine Marines explained that it has nothing to do with geopolitical tensions.

00:50In other news, Pope Francis established a new Diocese of Prosperity in Agusan, Del Sur.

00:55The first Bishop of Prosperity, Ruben Labajo, is now the Bishop of Cebu.

01:01Labajo was ordained a priest in Cebu on June 10, 1994.

01:05In June 2022, he will become the Auxiliary Bishop of Cebu.

01:09Prosperity will become the 87th diocese of the Catholic Church.
