00:13in order to prevent the effects of climate change.

00:16In his speech at the dinner of the Asia-Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction,

00:21the President gave the importance of overcoming the collusion.

00:25It became a pathway for the countries to share their knowledge and strategies in dealing with the calamity.

00:32The President also gave the Sendai Framework or Blueprint,

00:36which is followed by other countries in order to address or implement disaster risk reduction properly.

00:42The President believes that the assistance of the countries will lead to a more inclusive,

00:47sustainable, adaptive, and resilient Asia-Pacific region.

00:53Here we can learn from each other, strengthen partnerships, identify innovative ideas, and adopt best practices.
