00:00They will play game one just after 730 East tonight in the

00:07boogie down at the Bronx. Cleveland gets there after

00:10beating the Tigers 73 Saturday afternoon. Of course, you had

00:14the big Grand Slam by Lane Thomas off of school ball which

00:17sent the Tigers home and five. So Cleveland comes in, of

00:21course, big underdogs against the Yankees. Here is first year

00:26manager. Stephen vote on Cleveland being big underdogs.

00:30We worry about us. You know, we've taken that with every

00:33series every all year long and we can control what we can and

00:38we know the Yankees are good. We've they've played us tough.

00:40This is a really good team we're about to go up against

00:42but we're confident in who we are and that's all we can

00:46control is us. So, it's gonna be a fun series and we're

00:49really looking forward to it. That's very exciting. Listen,

00:54we already know the situation, the lay of the land here. I

00:58mean, I think that all the pressures on the Yankees to get

01:01it done. They have to get it done. If they lose this, it'll

01:06be humiliating. It really will. I I mean it like II think

01:10Cleveland's okay. I think they had a good year and I don't

01:15really think anybody respects that division. Even though

01:19three teams made the playoffs. I still don't think people

01:22respect it. Like that there's some faunted division that

01:26we're all afraid of. I mean, we live in New York, man. The the

01:32AL East is where it's at. That's just all there is to it. No one

01:36even cares about the West. The AL East is always what matters

01:40in the American League. That's just all there is to it whether

01:43you like it or not. The of course, Yankees will have the

01:48home crowd behind him tonight. The 50K strong in the Bronx.

01:51Aaron Boone as always expecting a wild atmosphere in the

01:56boogie-down. Look, I'm sure Yankees team's going to be

01:59rocking tomorrow night. You know, it looks like cooler

02:02weather's moving in for these first two games. So, it's going

02:05to have that October feel to it. You know, we're we're now in the

02:09round playing for a chance to win a pennant and go to the

02:12World Series. So, you know, it's it's going to be an awesome

02:16atmosphere and you know, obviously, we have some history

02:20with with a lot of guys over there in the playoff. So, I'm

02:24sure it'll be a great environment. So, if it's

02:27simple, if Rodan gets in trouble, they gotta yank him.

02:30Like, they're not going to sit around and watch this guy give

02:33up runs, are they? I can't take it. Like, you already seen what

02:36happened. Like, he was so average that people started

02:40threatening his wife and children. Like, people here are

02:43crazy. Like, they'll they said they were going to kill his

02:47children. Like, and they meant it. Like, these people are

02:50stupid. They're nuts. They're insane. It's not a safe

02:54environment. You go to the game at your own peril. I mean, you

03:00wear the wrong colors at that place and start opening your

03:03mouth. Someone will put an end to all your teeth. That's just

03:07all there is to it and you know it's true, Mike. Let's not

03:10sugarcoat it. It is a hostile place and you know, I've heard

03:16all this. Oh, Yankee fans are smarter than everybody. They

03:19know more baseball. No, they don't. They're just idiots.

03:22They're drunks and they're insane and it's a rowdy lit

03:26football crowd for a baseball game. That's just all there is

03:29to it and really, with the Jets and Giants being as average as

03:33they are every year after year after year after year, the

03:35Yankees fans are the true football crowd in New York. I

03:39mean, it is a football stadium atmosphere tonight in the

03:42Bronx. Guaranteed that and they're not going to tolerate

03:45this guy, Rodon, giving up runs. They'll start booing him.

03:49They'll boo him until he wants to jump off a bridge. They have

03:52to keep an eye on this guy. I don't trust him.
