00:09Migrants will be housed at one of two reception centers opened in Albania as part of a 2023 deal to deter irregular migration to the EU.
00:19It's the first time a non-EU country is accepting migrants on behalf of an EU nation.
00:25The centers hold up to 3,000 migrants.
