00:00At least 15 people have been confirmed dead in the U.S. state of Florida after it was lashed by Hurricane Milton.
00:06Milton was a Category 3 storm when it made landfall.
00:09It brought torrential rain, gale force winds and storm surges, causing significant damage to homes and infrastructure.
00:15More than 3 million homes are still without power.
00:18Authorities have begun search and rescue and clean-up operations, but they warn that flooding is still possible in some areas.
