00:08Umbudsman Samuel Martirez issued a 11-page directive

00:12ordering the suspension of PORAC Mayor Jaime Capil,

00:16Vice Mayor Francis Laurente Tamayo,

00:18Business Permit and Licensing Office OIC Emerald Vital,

00:23and 8 Sangguniang Bayan members.

00:25The suspension of the Department of Interior and Local Government

00:30against Lucky South 99, which was initiated last June,

00:34is due to the investigation that Lucky South 99 was given a business permit

00:39even though the requirements were not met.
