00:06Yeah. He wants, because he wants 96 million. He's trying to set the market to start in

00:11the New York. He wants 12 million. Yeah. Well, same thing with, with Swainman. Swainman took

00:15down 8 million and he settled on 825, but he wants 12 million. He's still contracted

00:20under this year. So it's not that big of a deal. He's got the entire season to do it.

00:23You know, if he goes down with an injury, he's risking it, but you know, the Rangers

00:26have really good backup and Jonathan Quick, he wants 12 million. So what does that mean?

00:29They offered 11. He wants 12. They'll settle for 11 and 5, 11.5 at some point in time.

00:34So the rumors of him wanting a four or five year deal are not true. He just wants the

00:39money, which is what I believe. He wants to go to 12 million AAV. He would set the market

00:44for all goaltenders. And that's why there was a hesitation with Swainman because he

00:47wanted to circumcise and say, okay, he's making this money. I want to make this money a little

00:51bit less. So it's going to be interesting to see, but I think it's not about the term.

00:54I think it's more about the AAV that you mentioned. So they went from the conference final and

00:58you think they'd go to the Stanley Cup final and win it this year?

01:01Yeah, because I think a lot of these teams took a step backwards. I think Florida will.

01:04I think Toronto, I don't think is built to win four rounds. And I think Tampa is a little

01:09too old and they'll miss Stephen Stamkos. Carolina, I think, has regressed a lot. They

01:13lost a lot on the blue line. I think by default, you know, if the Rangers big guys score in

01:18a big spot in the playoffs, they can get there. They went to the conference final two in the

01:22last three years. They lost both times. I just think they're the most complete team

01:26right now as we start the season. I don't think they'll add much of the deadline. They

01:29only added Raleigh Smith on right wing and he's going to be probably over Capo Caco.

01:33So I just like the fact that they've stayed intact. And I think this is the year, but

01:36they're big guys in the big spot and the playoffs have to show up.
