00:35Dionisio received the Certificate of Candidacy for re-election

00:39along with his sound candidate as Mayor and Vice Mayor of Manila,

00:44former Mayor Isko Moreno and former PTV host, Chi Achenza.

00:49We wish to continue all that we have done for Tondo.

00:52Now I'm with Yormi Isko and Vice Mayor Chi Achenza

00:56and exciting times for the City of Manila and for the First District Tondo, Manila.

01:00In an interview, Moreno did not avoid the media's attention

01:05about the Manila Mayor, Hani Lacuna.
