00:00The Solar Eclipse is a ring of fire that was ignited in a small part of Southern America.
00:10It is one of the annular solar eclipses.
00:13It is more like a bell because it was not covered by the moon for a month.
00:17Its outer ring is still visible.

00:24and a few people from Argentina were able to see it.
00:27The storm Julian entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility again
