00:00A 23-year-old man was killed in Cebu after a live fish bit his throat.

00:11According to the man's accomplice, his fiancée was with him when the fish bit his throat.

00:16While pulling the rope, she bit the head of one of the last fish.

00:23Because of the force of the fish, the man was unable to breathe.

00:31It is not known how big the fish was, but it was able to swallow the fish's throat.

00:39The Red Cross was trying to save the man who was drowning.

00:43They immediately asked for help and had the victim perform the Heimlich Maneuver.

00:49Make a fist and place it two fingers above the heart.

00:58Place the closed fist there.

01:01We are now hugging the victim.

01:04Close it.

01:06Then we're going to do an inward-upward thrust until the victim is able to open the object.
