In a post-apocalyptic world plagued by violence and creatures of unknown origin one young woman, Azrael (Samara Weaving) draws the attention of a bloodthirsty cult whose one purpose is to capture and sacrifice Azrael to an evil that resides deep within the surrounding wilderness.
