00:00Senate President Francis Chis Escudero announced that the Senate passed 137 bills in the first 100 days of his leadership,

00:08with 13 already signed into law.

00:10Key laws include the Magna Carta for Filipino Seafarers, Anti-Agricultural Economic Sabotage Act, and CREATE Act.

00:19Several priority bills, like amendments to the Right-of-Way Act and the E-Governance Act, are pending second reading.

00:27Upcoming discussions will address changes to the Agricultural Tarification Act, Blue Economy Act, and Universal Health Care Act.

00:36More bills are expected to pass in November's sessions.
