07:30I think what makes kind of venues unique is the atmosphere and like I said last year when

07:36we played there I thought the atmosphere was brilliant, the supporters got behind their

07:39club and obviously I'm not there all the time so I can't tell if that's changed but my experience

07:46there last year was that it's still a great atmosphere at Old Trafford, it's a great stadium

07:51in terms of the history introduced and behind it and it's one of those games that I think

07:57players and everyone involved, managers get excited about and certainly we will be as

08:01well.

08:22I don't know, if it's made sort of, you know, Brendan happier or sort of more comfortable,

08:32I think when you switch something off it's probably because it makes you uncomfortable

08:35rather than sort of unhappy, then that's great for him but that's not the reason I don't

08:41think, I think the reason is that he, as I said a couple of weeks ago, he just works

08:44awfully hard at his game and if you work awfully hard at something and you're really passionate

08:48about it, you know, eventually you get the rewards, you know, the thing is not to let

08:54it sort of affect your work ethic and your focus and it hasn't, you know, like I said

08:59Brendan is in every day wanting to be better, he asks for feedback, he's continually working

09:04on his game, he really cares about the club, he cares about his teammates, he wants to

09:08be the best he can be and I think when you have that attitude eventually the rewards

09:12come and, you know, at the moment he's getting the rewards but I still think there's more

09:16to come, I think there's a lot more to come and I say that because I know, you know, even

09:21now he's looking to improve, looking to get better and that's what you want to see in

09:25young players.

10:12through these difficult phases and can become a key player like he was last season?

10:34is to see them coming in every day, working hard at their game.

10:37If they're getting criticism and, or if they're not performing and, you know, I see their

10:41attitudes not great then that's when I intervene, you know, because I think there's only one

10:46way to change that but, as I said, Timo is, again, he's a professional, he comes in every

10:52day working hard and, you know, I've got no doubt he can make an impact for us but the

10:58best way to do that is, as I said, just to focus on his football and, you know, keep

11:04doing the right things.

11:06And plenty of managers in your position would be sort of talking about how Man United have

11:10had 24 hours extra to prepare and you have a long trip, from your point of view, has

11:15that got to be blocked out and no one can be thinking about that going into this game?

11:18Oh, it's just what you've got to deal with, you know, obviously it's not ideal that, you

11:22know, we had a late finish last night, that we had to play with 10 men for a long time

11:26so, you know, it's in an ideal world and, you know, you'd have things a lot differently

11:33but the ideal worlds don't exist, everyone has challenges and our challenge is that,

11:38you know, we're going to have to recover really well.
