00:02Hi everybody, Janie here.

00:04Well, it seems that we have run out of options

00:08and we can no longer go any further with the treatment.

00:11So I'm now in palliative care

00:14and I'm at end of life care now in the hospital.

00:19The chemo ran out of options

00:23and I just couldn't take any more of it

00:25and the cancer has spread.

00:28It is devastating news to know that I'm facing end of life

00:32but we all come to an end sometime

00:35and I don't know how long I've got left before anybody asks.

00:38I'm no a tick-tock.

00:40So I just want yous to let you know

00:42that I appreciate all the love you've gave me

00:45and all the support.

00:47Cancer affects two in one people

00:50and it's affected me.

00:54So I hope yous all have a lovely Christmas.

00:58Hopefully I might be here. Who knows? Don't know?
