00:19Alcohol-free beer is now on the menu in almost all tents at the world's largest beer festival,

00:25as more people want to enjoy themselves without a hangover the next day.

00:30Sometimes people feel like they have more fun with alcohol, which is not a good thing

00:35because you can also have fun without alcohol, so if you like to drink alcohol-free beer,

00:39I think that's definitely an option for you.

00:42Non-alcoholic beer is becoming increasingly popular in Germany. The amount produced has

00:47doubled in the last ten years. A change in taste, which has seen the world's oldest brewery

00:52adapting its production.

00:54The people are, unfortunately, I have to say that as a brewer, unfortunately drink less

01:00beer, but we want to keep on brewing beer, want to have beer for the people, and if there's

01:07an alternative, to have the crisp and fresh taste from a typical Weinstephan beer, but

01:13just as a non-alcoholic version.

01:15It's a similar trend in Munich's bars.

01:19It used to be among bartenders, you know, you would boo upon making non-alcoholic drinks.

01:24I think people are more aware of the health impact it might have.

01:31A more healthy option, that tastes just as good. But is the party just as festive?
