00:00In the last two centuries, we have been flooded with things that promise us that contentment.

00:08I'm born uneasy, and somebody comes to me and says,

00:11you do this, or you take this, you go for this, you sign this contract,

00:16you achieve that, you relocate to that place, you marry this person,

00:20you get that job, you get that degree, and you will feel a certain peace.

00:24So obviously I'll go for that.

00:25I go for that, and what do I get in return? Disappointment and frustration.

00:29My hopes are belied, right? The world fools me.

00:33But because I do not know where else to go, so I give it another try.

00:37I go to the next shop and try the next good that is promising itself very loudly.

00:43And what do I get again? I get frustration.

00:45But the fact is, nothing that the market can offer can really bring that to you which you really want.
