00:00Well, I think all crime and antisocial behaviour has an impact, whatever the nature of that

00:08particular crime, because quite often crime can be cumulative as well. So it's extremely

00:13important that we take all crime seriously. It's not a term that I would use. I think

00:22that whenever people report crime into Westminster police, and I would encourage people to always

00:28do that, whenever that happens, I would expect Westminster police to take that report of

00:34crime seriously, to provide a crime reference number, and whenever possible, make sure that

00:39they follow all reasonable lines of investigation, make sure that if necessary people have access

00:44to victim support services, and again, wherever possible, that there is a just and satisfactory

00:50outcome as a consequence of that criminal activity.
