00:00some of the some of the residents have already moved into canada house and other buildings on
00:05site which are still being refurbished or being used for other purposes at the moment but much
00:12of the historic site is being retained the only buildings that are being lost or have been lost
00:18are the ones that are not of historical interest and not the listed buildings but
00:23things like this watchtower are being retained all this open space in the background
00:29is going to be reused so that we use by residents and then if we go over this way
00:36keep going around there's more buildings towards the original hospital building so this over in
00:44this far corner is what is now going to be known as trinity house you just see it in the top and
00:53that is uh the latest part of the development where properties for there are going to go on
00:57sale shortly
