Man fuming after catching taxi driver 'doing poo outside his house' on CCTV

A man is furious after learning no action will be taken against a cab driver he claims was caught on CCTV defecating outside his home in Dagenham, East London.

Colin Aylward discovered the footage while searching for flytippers and found human waste and blue tissue paper the next day.

Despite reporting the incident to police and the local council, Aylward says neither has taken action.
