A vigilante has defended his actions after being caught on his own CCTV attacking a driver who crashed outside his home.
Philip Rowe, 49, set up cameras after a spate of serious car accidents on the road and fears it is only a matter of time until someone is killed.
He says his temper boiled over when cops attended yet another road traffic collision - and he took his anger out on the driver.
