00:06who are used to scare the victims of the abuse of KOJC leader Apolo Kibuloy.

00:12Meanwhile, the PNP is studying the launch of rescue operations in the KOJC compound.

00:18According to information, there are still victims left there.

00:26The Philippine National Police confirmed that the angels of death are real people

00:32who are used to scare the victims of the abuse of KOJC leader Apolo Kibuloy.

00:43The Davao Regional Police Office also has information

00:47on the possible members of the angels of death who are armed.

00:51That's why the PNP contacted the Firearms and Explosives Office

00:55to get the license and registration of these weapons.

00:59Private Army in the sense that they are taking orders from Apolo Kibuloy definitely

01:04because they are the ones who are used to scare these kids.

01:10If these are the initial names listed by General Torre,

01:15there are previous records as well as the check if there are guns named under their names.

01:20Kibuloy's lawyers previously denied that he has a private army.

01:25Aside from the recent reports, there are two other PNP members

01:29who were victims of KOJC leader Kibuloy's abuse when they were minors.

01:34Like the other victims, they were also scared to be chased by the angels of death

01:39when their experiences were shared.

01:41It's a big thing that Apolo Kibuloy is now in prison

01:44because that's what gave them the strength to approach the PNP

01:48because they thought that nothing would happen to them.

01:53There are also other victims inside the KOJC compound

01:57that's why the police are investigating the rescue operation.

02:02The PNP is also preparing to file an Obstruction of Justice case

02:07against those who helped in the kidnapping of Kibuloy

02:11where a special investigation team was formed.

02:14These names were not first made public.

02:17It will also go through DC20 where we have active coordination with DOJ

02:24for purposes of filing a case

02:27because we want our case to be strong and airtight.

02:32Without preempting anyone, we will be making it public as soon as we file it.

02:40Meanwhile, the medical assessment of Kibuloy was completed.

02:44The motion was approved for hospital arrest and will be submitted to the court.

02:49Kibuloy is still in the PNP Custodial Center

02:52where he filed a not guilty plea

02:54in the cases of Qualified Human Trafficking and Child and Sexual Abuse.

02:58Last Friday, he was transferred to Pasig City Jail.

03:02His four other accomplices were accused of visa of commitment order

03:06from Pasig Regional Trial Court.
