Counter-proposals from the Opposition on the draft memorandum of understanding (MOU) on allocations to MPs were expected, says Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof.  He said he has yet to receive a formal response in writing from Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainuddin and he only has come to know of the rejection as reported in the media. 00:58or whether the court has decided

01:12Therefore, I do not know their opinion,

01:14whether they want to continue the hearing or not.

01:17But whatever it is, I will inform the judges,

01:19the authorities, the hearing committee,

01:22the judges,

01:24whether we want to evaluate their opinion,

01:27whether we want to continue the hearing,

01:30or whatever it is, I will inform them.

01:32That is my guarantee to the authorities.

01:34So, the discussion will be in the near future?

01:37I do not know.

01:38Because I have not received a letter.

01:40I only received a description from the newspaper,

01:43the statement of the court.

01:45Because this hearing has to be done officially.

01:47Because I sent a letter officially.

01:50And I hope there will be an official answer from them,

01:54whether there is a request,

01:55whether there is a reply,

01:57or what is their actual opinion.

01:59That's what I'm not sure.
