00:20And you cannot blackmail me by threatening damage to my neighbor.

00:24Treat the body as your neighbor, a nice neighbor, a neighbor you need to work with.

00:30A neighbor that you need to make work, a neighbor that must work for you.

00:35Do not let the body intrude into your house and become the owner.

00:40Let the body remain a neighbor.
