00:00Because of our support, because of the air defense, the ammunition, the artillery, the
00:10javelins, the Abrams tanks that we have provided, Ukraine stands as an independent and free
00:16country.
00:17If Donald Trump were president, Putin would be sitting in Kiev right now.
00:21And understand what that would mean, because Putin's agenda is not just about Ukraine.
00:28Understand why the European allies and our NATO allies are so thankful that you are no
00:34longer president, and that we understand the importance of the greatest military alliance
00:40the world has ever known, which is NATO, and what we have done to preserve the ability
00:46of Zelensky and the Ukrainians to fight for their independence.
00:50Otherwise, Putin would be sitting in Kiev with his eyes on the rest of Europe, starting
00:55with Poland.
00:56And why don't you tell the 800,000 Polish-Americans right here in Pennsylvania how quickly you
01:01would give up for the sake of favor and what you think is a friendship with what is known
01:08to be a dictator who would eat you for lunch.
01:17Donald Trump hand-selected three members of the United States Supreme Court with the intention
01:22that they would undo the protections of Roe v. Wade.
01:25And they did exactly as he intended.
01:28And now in over 20 states, there are Trump abortion bans, which make it criminal for
01:36a doctor or nurse to provide health care.
01:39In one state, it provides prison for life.
01:43Trump abortion bans that make no exception even for rape and incest, which understand
01:47what that means.
01:48A survivor of a crime, a violation to their body, does not have the right to make a decision
01:54about what happens to their body next.
01:56That is immoral.
01:59And one does not have to abandon their faith or deeply held beliefs to agree.
02:05The government, and Donald Trump certainly, should not be telling a woman what to do with
02:11her body.
02:12I have talked with women around our country.
02:15You want to talk about this is what people wanted?
02:19Pregnant women who want to carry a pregnancy to term, suffering from a miscarriage, being
02:24denied care in an emergency room because the health care providers are afraid they might
02:28go to jail, and she's bleeding out in a car in the parking lot.
02:33She didn't want that.
02:34Her husband didn't want that.
02:36A 12 or 13-year-old survivor of incest being forced to carry a pregnancy to term, they
02:43don't want that.
02:45And I pledge to you, when Congress passes a bill to put back in place the protections
02:51of Roe v. Wade as President of the United States, I will proudly sign it into law.
02:58But understand, if Donald Trump were to be reelected, he will sign a national abortion
03:03ban.
03:04Understand in his Project 2025, there would be a national abortion, a monitor that would
03:09be monitoring your pregnancies, your miscarriages.
03:12I think the American people believe that certain freedoms, in particular, the freedom
03:18to make decisions about one's own body, should not be made by the government.
03:23Well, let's understand how we got here.
03:29On October 7, Hamas, a terrorist organization, slaughtered 1,200 Israelis, many of them young
03:40people who were simply attending a concert.
03:43Women were horribly raped.
03:45And so absolutely, I said then, I say now, Israel has a right to defend itself.
03:50We would.
03:52And how it does so matters, because it is also true, far too many innocent Palestinians
03:59have been killed, children, mothers.
04:03What we know is that this war must end.
04:07It must end immediately.
04:10And the way it will end is we need a ceasefire deal, and we need the hostages out.
04:15And so we will continue to work around the clock on that, work around the clock also
04:20understanding that we must chart a course for a two-state solution.
04:25And in that solution, there must be security for the Israeli people and Israel and an equal
04:32measure for the Palestinians.
04:34But the one thing I will assure you always, I will always give Israel the ability to defend
04:39itself in particular as it relates to Iran and any threat that Iran and its proxies pose
04:47to Israel.
04:48But we must have a two-state solution where we can rebuild Gaza, where the Palestinians
04:54have security, self-determination, and the dignity they so rightly deserve.
05:03He knows that he's trying to, again, divide and distract from the reality, which is it
05:10is very well known that Donald Trump is weak and wrong on national security and foreign
05:16policy.
05:17It is well known that he admires dictators, wants to be a dictator on day one, according
05:22to himself.
05:24It is well known that he said of Putin that he can do whatever the hell he wants and go
05:31into Ukraine.
05:33It is well known that he said when Russia went into Ukraine, it was brilliant.
05:39It is well known he exchanged love letters with Kim Jong-un.
05:45And it is absolutely well known that these dictators and autocrats are rooting for you
05:51to be president again because they're so clear they can manipulate you with flattery and
05:58favors.
05:59And that is why so many military leaders who you have worked with have told me you are
06:06a disgrace.
06:09Well, first of all, it's important to remind the former president you're not running against
06:16Joe Biden.
06:17You're running against me.
06:18I believe the reason that Donald Trump says that this war would be over within 24 hours
06:24is because he would just give it up.
06:26And that's not who we are as Americans.
06:28Let's understand what happened here.
06:30I actually met with Zelensky a few days before Russia invaded, tried through force to change
06:38territorial boundaries, to defy one of the most important international rules and norms,
06:44which is the importance of sovereignty and territorial integrity.
06:48And I met with President Zelensky.
06:49I shared with him American intelligence about how he could defend himself.
06:54Days later, I went to NATO's eastern flank, to Poland and Romania.
06:59And through the work that I and others did, we brought 50 countries together to support
07:04Ukraine.
07:05I think it's I mean, honestly, I think it's a tragedy that we have someone who wants to
07:16be president who has consistently over the course of his career attempted to use race
07:23to divide the American people.
07:25You know, I do believe that the vast majority of us know that we have so much more in common
07:29than what separates us.
07:30And we don't want this kind of approach that is just constantly trying to divide us and
07:35especially by race.
07:37And let's remember how Donald Trump started.
07:40He was a land, he owned land, he owned buildings, and he was investigated because he refused
07:50to rent property to black families.
07:55Let's remember, this is the same individual who took out a full page ad in the New York
08:00Times, calling for the execution of five young black and Latino boys who were innocent, the
08:09Central Park Five, took out a full page ad calling for their execution.
08:16This is the same individual who spread birther lies about the first black president of the
08:21United States.
08:24And I think the American people want better than that, want better than this, want someone
08:31who understands as I do, I travel our country.
08:35We see in each other a friend, we see in each other a neighbor.
08:41We don't want a leader who is constantly trying to have Americans point their fingers
08:46at each other.
08:48I meet with people all the time who tell me, can we please just have discourse about how
08:55we're going to invest in the aspirations and the ambitions and the dreams of the American
09:00people, knowing that regardless of people's color or the language their grandmother speaks,
09:06we all have the same dreams and aspirations and want a president who invests in those,
09:11not in hate and division.
