34:51But it's not just a style of match, it's the style of the opponent of Charlie Dempsey.

35:06And the biggest thing that I took away thinking about this matchup is maybe
35:09a learning curve with the start and the stop due to the round format for Javon Evans.
35:14He may have a few hiccups as far as that goes, but one thing about this kid,
35:19he's ambitious, he's hungry more than anything, Vic.
35:22And for a fireman's carry, good takedown, but
35:24not able to escape the wrist lock by Javon Evans.
35:26And we talked about Bourne and Sinclair on the outside for Charlie Dempsey.
35:30Cedric Alexander here on the near side of the ring,
35:32right out in front of us supporting Javon Evans.
35:35He continues to hang on with 90 seconds left here in round one.
35:39I like that the young OG is smart enough to know that he's gonna need some backup
35:43in a situation like this, because it's a numbers game, it's a numbers game.
35:46Well look, to that point with Cedric in his corner,

35:52here at NXT, and another quick escape from Javon Evans.

36:19And take a look at Dempsey's unique style of offense.

36:25Like I said, you don't wanna run in and
36:27just try to throw everything out in this first round.
36:30We got a long way to go, it's the courting period.
36:32Charlie Dempsey now starting to systematically dissect Evans,
36:36focusing on the upper body.
36:37Referee, great position, right shoulder coming off the mat with under 30 seconds
36:41here, down to 25, Evans again, shoulders down.
36:43This time it's the left shoulder coming off the mat with 20 seconds left here in
36:46round number one, Evans trying to bridge his way out, he did.

36:52Look at the neck strength by Evans, who pops up, and that boy bouncy.
