Jordanian truck driver Maher Al-Jazi attacked the Allenby Bridge crossing, killing three Israeli security personnel. The operation was praised by Palestinian resistance groups, including Hamas and PIJ, as a response to Israeli actions in Gaza and the West Bank. Al-Qassam Brigades spokesperson described it as part of the "Al-Aqsa Flood Operation".
