The Senate Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations and Gender Equality on Monday, September 9, cited dismissed Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo in contempt, for the second time.  This, after Guo insisted that she is born in Tarlac and not in China and therefore, is a Filipino.
