Super Typhoon Yagi causes floods in Vietnam's Haiphong

Super Typhoon Yagi is leaving a trail of destruction in northern Vietnam, killing at least three people. Around 20,000 people have been evacuated and moved to safer, higher ground, local have authorities reported.
