00:16to take Paralympic gold and trying to do exactly that to get the Netherlands but it's not going to

00:20plan for them they're right now led in the final quarter by 14 points as we speak all of this

00:26happening in Bercy behind us which is the home of where basketball when it happens in Paris all

00:31takes place here but being led in a quite logical way the Netherlands are actually if there's one

00:36team to manage to beat the team USA on the women's side it is the Orange Lions they are the defending

00:42champions and have come here then to try and make it two golds in a row the Americans who last won

00:48team USA took gold last time around that was in Rio in 2016 but Tokyo was all for the Dutch who

00:54were out there battling to take that win and yes look to be on course to causing a major upset to

01:00the to the Americans who would have had won everything then on both the Olympics and the

01:04Paralympic side it's not over yet we've still got a couple of minutes left and anything can happen

01:08in basketball until the final buzzer but this is how things are going for the Netherlands who are

01:14just behind actually the USA team USA in the medals table 10 gold behind they're going to try

01:19and reduce that just a little bit more and as you mentioned actually this is the final day of all

01:25this action final day of all the action that actually all the way started back we're back in

01:29July for a special time here in Paris we've had a few of the last events it's wrapping up with

01:34the basketball got some power lifting we had the marathon earlier on today and finally there was

01:38one happy winner for that Marcel Hughes the Swiss who was disappointed on track inside

01:46managed to win in his T54 category this time going home at least with gold in all of that

01:52but this is then the final hours of what's been an incredibly successful edition of the Paralympics

01:59in Paris 2024 it's not finished there's still going to be plenty more partying going on for

02:03the closing ceremony that'll be taking place in the Stade de France but we'll have a little bit

02:08more on that as as we get closer to it we'll talk about it a little bit more later but just to give

02:13a little teaser of an idea of what's what's set to plan is the organizers

02:17have decided to turn the Stade de France into a giant nightclub tonight
