01:40cuts to government programmes in the next election.

01:45However, this development doesn't immediately mean to bring down the government, but it

01:51does make Trudeau's position more precarious.

01:54The Liberals will now need support from other parties on a case-by-case basis to avoid losing

02:01confidence votes in the Parliament.

02:03While an immediate election isn't likely, the possibility of an early poll before the

02:08scheduled October 2025 date is still in likelihood.
