Canadian Federal Elections: Drew Garvie
Canada will be holding elections on October 21st, as Trudeau's Liberals attempt to hold onto their seats, threatened by the NDP's Jagmeet Singh, right-wing rhetoric from the Conservatives and People's Party, and under growing criticism regarding the foreign policy of Trudeau's government, run by Minister Chrystia Freeland. Communist Party of Canada candidate for MP, Drew Garvie, expands on some of those criticisms of all of the mainstream parties including Trudeau's record on Indigenous sovereignty, and Canada's leading role in the so-called Lima group of countries which attempts to intervene in Venezuela.
