00:11took place at the weekend. Paul Durrant is protesting the decision by the government to

00:17scrap the winter fuel allowance for pensioners and also what he says is an increasing number

00:22of illegal immigrants coming into the country. On Saturday Mr Durrant and his wife Pauline were

00:28involved in an altercation with another man part of which was captured on video. Mr Durrant says

00:35he's contacted the police to make a complaint but Lancashire Constabulary say they've not yet

00:40had an official complaint from Mr Durrant and no log number has been taken of the incident.
