00:05to help boost their economies after being affected by the pandemic is not reaching residents

00:12The EU created an 800 billion euro or an equivalent of a 900 billion dollar fund called Recovery

00:18and Resilience Facility or RRF during the COVID-19 pandemic, largely financed through

00:24borrowing by the union.

00:26The European Court of Editors or ECA said so far EU nations have only been able to access

00:32less than a third of the RRF by the end of 2023.
