00:34Stay away from sleep during Fajr, Ishraq, Asr, Maghrib and Isha.

00:40Today, medical science has discovered that during Fajr and Ishraq, the amount of oxygen is very low.

00:47If we go to sleep at this time, we become irritable.

00:51We become irritable and anxious.

00:54Between Asr and Maghrib and Maghrib and Isha, oxygen is getting less and less.

00:59If we go to sleep at this time, our body becomes susceptible to lack of oxygen and we can get into 10 different diseases.

01:07These 10 diseases include smoking.

01:09So do not spend these times sleeping.

01:12You will be healthy all your life.

01:14Prophet Muhammad said,

01:17Do not sit among smelly and dirty people.

01:20This commandment is also different from wisdom.

01:23Smell depresses a person, while fragrance is a cause of increase in our health.

01:28If a person starts sitting among smelly and dirty people for 10 minutes a day, then he will become depressed in 20 days.

01:35This is probably why Prophet Muhammad commanded us to abstain from smelly people.

01:41Prophet Muhammad said,

01:44Do not sleep among those who speak bad things before sleeping.

01:48This commandment is also different from wisdom.

01:50Today, science has discovered that our last conversation before going to sleep is about our dreams.

01:56And these dreams determine our mood for the next day.

01:59If we sleep after hearing bad things, then we will see bad dreams.

02:02And our bad dreams will become the mood of our next day.

02:06We spend the day according to the mood determined by dreams.

02:09Therefore, our last gathering before going to sleep should be good.

02:13Only then will our next day be good.

02:15Prophet Muhammad said,

02:18Do not eat with your left hand.

02:20This commandment is also science.

02:22The right and left parts of our brain are positive and negative.

02:27That is, when we eat with our right hand, our thoughts are positive.

02:31And when we feed our body with our left hand, our negative thoughts become powerful.

02:36You can see that most of the people who eat with their left hand are negative.

02:40They will always see you complaining and hurting others.

02:45Prophet Muhammad said,

02:48Do not take food out of your mouth.

02:50Research also reveals the wisdom of this statement.

02:53There are 10 million to 1 billion bacteria in our mouth.

02:57These bacteria become dead germs.

02:59These germs are found in our food.

03:02When this food goes into the stomach, the germs of the stomach kill these germs and they die.

03:08But when we take the food out of our mouth, these germs get oxygen.

03:13This oxygen reaches the lungs in the thousandth part of the second.

03:18These germs are more powerful than the bones of the stomach.

03:22In this way, this food reaches our stomach and becomes poison.

03:25And this poison destroys our entire digestive system.

03:29You will never find a healthy person in your life who has the habit of taking food out of his mouth.

03:35Prophet Muhammad said,

03:38Do not prick your fingers.

03:40Science says that those of us who prick our fingers,

03:45their joints begin to open.

03:47And then these people complain about the pain of their joints.

03:50Prophet Muhammad said,

03:53Take it off before wearing shoes.

03:55In the common events of our life, insects, scorpions, lizards and small snakes take refuge in our shoes.

04:02Our children also throw nails, thorns or blades in our shoes.

04:06So when we wear shoes, our feet get injured.

04:09Or the insects bite us.

04:11Therefore, it should be taken off before wearing shoes.

04:14Prophet Muhammad said,

04:17Do not look at the sky during prayer.

04:19This statement is also correct.

04:21There is a vastness in the sky.

04:23This vastness always attracts our attention.

04:26Whenever we look at the sky, our attention increases.

04:29It takes us just the right amount of time to get our attention back.

04:32Whereas for prayer, there is a need for unity.

04:35When we look at the sky during prayer,

04:38we forget prostration and bowing.

04:40This formula is also important for creative work.

04:43If someone looks at the sky while writing,

04:45painting,

04:46and making music,

04:49then their chain breaks.

04:51They are not able to complete their work.

04:53Perhaps this is why most of the creative work in the world was completed in closed rooms.

04:58Prophets, saints, and religious leaders also

05:01prayed to Allah in closed places.

05:03Prophet Muhammad said,

05:05Do not spit in the toilet.

05:09This command has two meanings.

05:11Spitting in the Baitul Khala

05:13causes discomfort to those who come later.

05:15Secondly, there are millions of germs in the toilets.

05:18When we open our mouth to spit,

05:20these germs reach our mouth

05:22and then they can grow in our lungs.

05:25They reach the stomach and lungs.

05:27Then they make us sick.

05:29You will be surprised to know that

05:31our nose does not allow germs to reach the lungs.

05:34Only chemicals enter the body through our nose.

05:37Most of the germs enter the body through the mouth.

05:40And the biggest way for them to enter the body

05:42is the Baitul Khala, i.e. the toilets.

05:44Therefore, you should refrain from taking long breaths,

05:47spitting,

05:48singing,

05:49making sounds,

05:50and talking on your mobile phone.

05:52Your health will be good.

05:54Prophet Muhammad said,

05:56Do not brush your teeth with charcoal.

05:59Many of us brush our teeth with charcoal.

06:02Our teeth shine with charcoal,

06:04but it also causes bruises.

06:07It also shakes the roots of the teeth

06:09and it also creates a bad smell in the mouth.

06:11Charcoal is straight carbon.

06:13It is not even hygienic.

06:15Prophet Muhammad said,

06:17Always change your clothes while sitting.

06:20The problem is that most of us

06:22trap our legs while wearing shalwar,

06:24patloon or pyjama and fall.

06:26Every one of us faces this situation

06:28at some point in life.

06:30Especially the elderly

06:32should be careful about this.

06:35Prophet Muhammad said,

06:37Do not break anything hard with your teeth.

06:40We often break our teeth

06:42while trying to break almonds,

06:44walnuts or half-cooked meat.

06:46Teeth are the most important part of life.

06:48Perhaps this is why Prophet Muhammad

06:50said,

06:52Do not break anything hard with your teeth.

06:54Viewers,

06:56Prophet Muhammad spent his whole life

06:58with simplicity.

07:00Simplicity in living,

07:02simplicity in dressing,

07:04simplicity in socializing with people.

07:06Prophet Muhammad's house

07:08would have been empty for many days.

07:10At one point,

07:12Hazrat Fatima came

07:14with a piece of bread.

07:16Prophet Muhammad asked,

07:18What is this?

07:20She said,

07:22This is the bread that I have cooked.

07:24My heart did not allow me

07:26to leave you and eat.

07:28So I came to you with this.

07:30Prophet Muhammad said,

07:32This is the first meal

07:34that your father has eaten

07:36after three days.

07:38At one time,

07:40there were two types of food

07:42on the table of Prophet Muhammad.

07:44If he had eaten the bread alone,

07:46his stomach would have stuck

07:48to his back due to hunger.

07:50On the occasion of Ghazwa-e-Khandaq,

07:52Hazrat Talha came

07:54to Prophet Muhammad

07:56and complained of hunger

07:58and showed his stomach open.

08:00There was a stone tied on it.

08:02Seeing this,

08:04Prophet Muhammad also picked up

08:06a piece of cloth.

08:08Abu Talha says,

08:10We saw that Prophet Muhammad

08:12had two stones tied

08:14to his back.

08:16If you wanted,

08:18would you not have

08:20arranged for some

08:22luxuries for Prophet Muhammad?

08:24In the last stage of civil life,

08:26especially after the victory

08:28of Khyber and Hunayn,

08:30would you not have arranged

08:32for luxuries?

08:34Prophet Muhammad said

08:36that despite having all the luxuries,

08:38such an ordinary life can be spent.
