00:46probably anticipated with Reagan's getting the start in the opening game of two yesterday that

00:51Cleveland was the right side. I was wrong Kansas City six RBIs out of Salvi Salvador Perez

00:59including a grand salami late as the Royals take both in Cleveland with the nine to four victory

01:04in game two as well. And you see how much these doubleheaders mean in every single game when you're

01:09going head-to-head competition and divisional rivalries that need wins on either side. I talked

01:14about it yesterday. You say you know what you're just hoping for a split for most parts here. You

01:18take a look at the Royals who won four to three in game number one. They didn't say hey, let's

01:21sit Salvi Perez. Let's sit Bobby with Junior. Let's not really overextend them. No, they put

01:25those guys right back in the lineup and scored nine runs on 15 hits in game number two when you

01:29have a team on the ropes try to finish them and before this, you know series is up you might be

01:34looking at the facto tie overall, which is awesome to watch you play out. We knew the Guardians were

01:39a good baseball team. We just weren't trusting fully what the Kansas City Royals were bringing

01:43to the table. Now you see that yesterday doubleheaders sweep by the Royals and they're

01:47feeling themselves saying know what we can win this division now and we're showing it on the

01:51field. I love what I see out of the Royals right now. We'll see if this can continue, but I love

01:55the fact that the manager wasn't thinking about. Oh, it's still a long baseball season with 30

01:59left. Let's rest our guys. We got one and that was the goal here. No, you get game one of that

02:03doubleheader win game number two, you pick up two full games in one day going head-to-head

02:08against your competition. That's awesome.
