But today I am doing bison.

Now bison I believe is a bull, unless I'm just stupid and I don't know what bison is.

But I've never tried bison before.

I'm going to give it a shot today.

It's from Superior Meats Exotics that I have tried if you've kept up with my show.

I've done crocodile, kangaroo, and many other types of meats from exotic sticks.

These are sticks with no added fillers, natural smoked, and it doesn't need to be refrigerated

that I actually kind of like.

Because some of them I've had before that were a bit tough, and as it doesn't need to

be refrigerated, once it opens, it actually softens up a bit.

So sometimes it might be chewy the first time, but not the next.

And I've noticed that in some of their meats.

That's why sometimes it's a little hard to review, because some of them are kind of like

hard to chew, but some of them are nice and soft.

So I'm kind of hoping this one's soft.

And it's gluten free and MSG free as well.

Now the calories are 130, and there's no fiber in this or nothing like that.

Cholesterol is 30, the fat is 12, the saturated fat is 15, 17 sodium I think.

It keeps on coming off on me now.

Now pork, bison, salt, sugar, spices, oh spices.

So maybe it's going to be a nice spicy taste to it.

And again I always seem to forget I have a beautiful Swiss Army knife that I keep on

But I bought a brand new one, and I keep on forgetting to bring it with me.

So I have to use my teeth, and hopefully it won't be that hard to open them up.

But you know what, back in the day when we were kids, I'm sure you remember a lot of

candy that we used to open.

Back in the day, taking your bike to the corner store, getting treats, realizing you

can't open them, so you'd use your teeth and open them.

This was a little hard to pull out.

Now a lot of times, and I don't tell a lot of people this, I take these off because I

find that when I eat these little tail ends, they actually kind of bother my throat a little

This one doesn't seem to have it, but when it kind of has something like that, I just

go, and I don't eat it.

So you don't really lose a lot, but you lose maybe a little bit.

But some of them do, some of them don't.

A little rubbery again, well this one, here we go.

And I find that too, sometimes some of them are kind of hard to pull apart, and some of

them are very easy.

And some of them are greasy.

This one's not too greasy.

This one's very soft, and it's easy to chew.

It has a very strong flavor, I'm just honestly not sure if I like that, no aftertaste, so

sometimes when there's a strong flavor, I notice an aftertaste.

Mm-hmm, that's actually, I had a little bit of a hard time swallowing it, but overall,

It's easier to chew than some of the other ones, but as I said earlier, sometimes if

you just leave it out, because you can, you don't have to put it in the refrigerator,

it just softens up a bit once the package is open.

The consistency in some of the bites, some were softer than others, and you would think

There is a bit of an aftertaste, but I don't, oh I just coughed a bit.

Okay, I would give this one a 7 out of 10, I like it.

But it does really have a strong taste, and it seems to leave that strong taste with you

I'm feeling the strongness of it now, and a little bit of an aftertaste, the aftertaste

is fine, but leaves that really strong flavor.

I kind of wish I had a drink on me, but I try to see how long it lasts in my mouth without
