One-shot self titled album by British progressive jazz-rock band Ben. The album is divided in two parts: while the long track on first side offers a rather conventional Canterbury jazz rock , the sound on second side explores more distant horizons, like the almost free aura of the schizophrenic "Gismo". Well played jazz rock and fusion album, with progressive elements.
