00:00It's a beautiful day in Abacadef, and the Silly Crocodile just woke up from a good night of sleep.

00:05Arrgh!

00:07What are you going to do today, Silly Crocodile?

00:09Uh, I'm going to get some breakfast.

00:11Eat breakfast? Yeah, that's a great idea.

00:14So off he went to find himself some breakfast.

00:18In the wonderful woods of Abacadef, there were many great foods for the Silly Crocodile to eat.

00:23There were spicy banana mushrooms, salty pink apples,

00:27stinky polka dot peaches, something stuffed in a muffin,

00:31and lots of funny honey in case your nose gets runny.

00:34Hehe, funny honey.

00:36But there were other foods, too, that weren't so healthy,

00:38like chocolate bars, potato chips, and fuzzy suckers.

00:42Hehe, I'm so hungry I could eat everything!

00:45Whoa, whoa, hang on, Silly Crocodile.

00:47Before you start eating everything, you might want to think about what you're eating.

00:52Nah, I'm just going to eat.

00:54Okay, then. Just remember what I told you about unhealthy foods.

00:58Okay.

00:59So then the Silly Crocodile started to eat.

01:02Aha!

01:03First he started with one salty pink apple.

01:07Hehe, I grew!

01:09You did just grow! Healthy foods make you grow!

01:13Yeah, chocolate bars!

01:15Then the Silly Crocodile tried unhealthy food.

01:19Hehe.

01:22The chocolate bar he had tasted really sweet, but it didn't make him grow.

01:27So he tried something else.

01:30A spicy banana mushroom.

01:32These are very healthy to eat, but don't always taste the best.

01:39Hehe, that's spicy.

01:41The spicy food made his nose runny, so then he had some funny honey.

01:45Oh yeah, funny honey.

01:47Hehe, in case your nose is runny.

01:50Ah, that's much better.

01:53And again he grew.

01:55Aha.

01:56Then he tried a stinky polka dot peach.

02:00The smell wasn't the best, but he ate it anyway.

02:04Wow, that was delicious. Wow.

02:08Then suddenly he had an idea.

02:11It's a great idea.

02:13I know what happens when the Silly Crocodile gets ideas.

02:25Hehe, getting bigger.

02:27Hehe.

02:43Now I'm a big Silly Crocodile.

02:53Oh, what's wrong Silly Crocodile?

02:55You got what you wanted, but you don't look so good.

02:58Are you okay?

03:00I don't feel good.

03:02Eating healthy food is a good thing to do,

03:04but eating too much food can be unhealthy too.

03:08I'll be back. I took a potty.

03:10And so the Silly Crocodile, who was once a giant crocodile,

03:14returned back to normal size after feeding all of the plants in the woods.

03:21Ah, I'm better.

03:23Sometimes our bodies take a long time to grow,

03:26but growing too fast can also make our bodies hurt.

03:29Yeah, real bad.

03:31So the Silly Crocodile took his time growing

03:33and enjoyed being the little reptile he was.

03:37And he enjoyed it every bite of the way.
