00:00Hi, 1st August to 7th August, every year it's been celebrated as Breastfeeding Week to encourage

00:05breastfeeding of the babies and exclusive breastfeeding till the age of 6 months.

00:09Why it's important?

00:10Let's revise.

00:11For baby, it leads to the more of immunity, decreased chances of infections, maintains

00:16the temperature, also increase mother and the baby bonding, long-term infections and

00:21chances of better development, physical and mental.

00:24For the mother, the most important benefits are better healing, decreased chances of PPH

00:28or bleeding, and more bonding of the mother with the baby and weight reduction.

00:33But everybody is talking about the benefits, but how can it be achieved?

00:36Kaise hum isko poora kar sakte hain?

00:38It's not only the duty of the mother, new mother, to exclusive breastfeed her baby.

00:44She needs support from all the corners, which includes the healthcare workers, doctors,

00:48staff nurses in the initial phase, family throughout, husband and the family, and also

00:54the persons at her working place.

00:56Sabka support ki bina, it's not been possible to achieve.

00:59So I urge everyone, it's not only for the mother, it's for everyone in the family and

01:04around to help her out, so that we can achieve exclusive breastfeeding till the age of 6 months.

01:09Uske baad bhi agar koi problem hain, kisi medical reason se ya personal reason se feed nahin

01:13kara baare hain mother, so go and ask your pediatrician and gynecologist or other alternatives

01:18and discuss your problems.
