00:20So we are missing a dribbler, we are missing a ball carrier as such,

00:24although Potty and Bobby can carry the ball but in different ways.

00:27Yeah, so it's not rocket science to say what we need or what we're looking for

00:31and that's probably been the hardest part.

00:34Do I even get a dribbler that can't speak English? What's the point?

00:38And that's not being disrespectful, but how do I coach him to do what we want him to do?

00:42I think there's a lot of foreign players in the Championship now

00:46and some managers who I've spoken to have struggled with that

00:48because they don't know when they want them to run this way or that way

00:51and start to dribble with the ball and that's tough.

00:54Busby players that are available for that, yeah,

00:57but we had to make a decision that it might not be right.
